Slow-cooked and deeply comforting, Herbidoor’s Dal Makhani is a celebration of bold spices and creamy texture. This classic North Indian dish features tender black lentils and red kidney beans simmered gently in a luscious, tomato-based gravy, finished with warming spices for a perfectly balanced depth of flavour.

Made using carefully selected plant-based ingredients, it delivers hearty nourishment and authentic taste in every spoonful - and its deliciously gluten free (not suitable for coeliacs)

Storage: To preserve its freshness and flavour, this dish is frozen prior to dispatch. It may arrive frozen or partially thawed and can be gently reheated once fully thawed for best enjoyment. Can be kept in the fridge for 7 days from delivery. We do not recommend freezing.

Ingredients: Black mung beans, red kidney beans, coconut oil (TREE NUT / COCONUT), cumin seeds, onion, garlic, ginger, chilli, salt, fenugreek, coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric, crushed tomato, coconut cream (TREE NUT / COCONUT), cornflour, basmati rice, cashews (TREE NUT), sultanas, peas.
