What is Evergreen Table?

Evergreen Table is a collective online platform, bringing back beloved products from currently closed vegan brands that customers know and love — all in one place.

How did Evergreen Table start?

Our founders have owned – and lost – their own vegan business. Their feeling of loss during this time and wanting to keep the brand alive, especially with a high level of demand from their customers, made them think about how much the vegan community has lost with business closures and how they could find a way to bring these businesses back to the community that still misses them.

Which brands have joined Evergreen Table so far?

Are the original founders still involved?

Where possible, yes! Many founders have helped us bring their signature products back to life, and several continue to collaborate with us on recipes and product launches. Some of our legacy brand partners live overseas and/or have busy lives so their input can't be as much as others, but they continue to be involved as much as they can.

Do the original founders benefit from their products being sold again?

Yes — there is a commission paid on every sale. Each brand's arrangement is unique and in some cases, founders have chosen to donate proceeds to vegan charities. What legends!

Why is it called Evergreen Table?

The name reflects our mission to keep great the dishes from vegan businesses "evergreen" — lasting, sustainable, and always growing — whilst highlighting that we send our products direct to our customers, or as we call it 'from our table, to yours'.

What makes Evergreen Table different from other vegan online stores?

We LOVE all vegan businesses but instead of a range being compiled of different products, from both vegan and non vegan businesses available in the market, Evergreen Table only stocks products you can't find anywhere else. And from brands that are not currently trading. We don't just sell products — we preserve legacies, support founders, and keep iconic vegan flavours alive for new generations to enjoy.

Do you make the products yourselves?

Yes! All products are made (mostly from scratch) from our Sydney production kitchen, in partnership with our Lagacy Brand Partners following their recipes, methods and standards.

Can I visit an Evergreen Table store?

We currently operate online, but you never know what the future may hold!

Are you an entirely Australian-owned business?

Yes — Evergreen Table is proudly Australian-owned and run, supporting local vegan businesses and producers.

What does "reviving legacy brands" mean?

We work with vegan businesses that have closed (and not currently trading) and bring their signature recipes and products back, made to the same high standards their customers love.

How do you choose which brands to bring back?

We have a few simple guidelines when selecting brands for Evergreen Table:

  • 100% vegan: The brand must be fully plant-based, not just offer vegan options.
  • Australian-based: For now, we focus on businesses that were originally operating in Australia.
  • No longer trading: The brand cannot currently be selling products through markets, wholesale, or other channels.

Beyond these rules, we also ensure that any new brand we bring on board offers something unique — we try to avoid products that are too similar to those already in our lineup. If you have a brand that you would like to be a a part of our platform, contact us HERE.

Do the original founders still approve the products?

Where possible, founders are involved in product recreation, ensuring everything tastes and feels just like the original.

Are these the exact same recipes from the original brands?

In most cases, yes. Some have been slightly refined for consistency or availability of ingredients, but always under the guidance or approval of the original legacy brand partners.

Are all Evergreen Table products made in-house?

Yes, all are made in our Sydney production kitchen.

How do you maintain authenticity when reviving old brands?

We work closely with founders to document their recipes, techniques, and values — everything from ingredients to packaging design reflects their original vision, where possible.

Are the revived brands permanent or limited editions?

It depends! Some brands are with Evergreen Table temporarily while their founders plan a relaunch. Others have found a permanent home here, keeping their products alive for new fans to enjoy.

How often do you release new products or brands?

We aim to launch new or returning products every few months, depending on production schedules and partnerships. If you have a brand that you would like to be a a part of our platform, contact us HERE.

Will Evergreen Table ever open its own café or retail space?

At this stage, Evergreen Table is a 100% online platform, but we are always open to opportunities. If you have an opportunity you'd like to share, or want to request we do something, contact us HERE.

Ordering and Delivery

How do I order from Evergreen Table?

It's super easy! Head to our Order page, add your goodies to the cart, and follow the prompts at checkout. Voilà — your future snack stash is on its way!

Which areas do you deliver to?

We deliver far and wide:

  • ACT: Canberra and surrounds
  • NSW: Sydney Metro, Blue Mountains, Central Coast, Newcastle, Wollongong, Southern Highlands, Northern Rivers, Coffs Harbour, Central West NSW, Riverina, and more
  • QLD: Brisbane Metro, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Jimboomba, Toowoomba
  • SA: Adelaide and surrounds
  • VIC: Melbourne Metro, Ballarat, Bendigo, Dandenong Ranges, Geelong, Gippsland, Mildura, Mornington Peninsula, Shepparton, Wodonga, Yarra Ranges, and more
  • WA: Perth Metro and surrounds, from Geraldton to Augusta

How is the food kept fresh during delivery?

We treat food safety like royalty. Orders are packed in our Sydney kitchen, stored in our coolroom, then whisked away in chilled vans. Your goodies stay at perfect temperatures from our door to yours — no mystery meat surprises here!

How often do you deliver and when will my order arrive?

We deliver weekly: ACT/NSW on Wednesdays, QLD/VIC on Thursdays. Early morning delivery is available in major metro areas. Deliveries are usually within business hours, and as our community grows, so will delivery days.

Am I locked into a subscription?

Not unless you want to be! Our only subscription is the monthly Goodie Box — $100 per month for $150 worth of deliciousness. Cancel anytime, guilt-free.

What is your minimum order?

$80 (excluding delivery). Why? Because we cover costs like packaging, courier pick-up, interstate haulage, and fuel levies — so you don't have to. Don't worry — reaching $80 is easy with all the treats available. Plus, orders over $200 are delivered free!

Is your packaging sustainable?

We do our best! All boxes are reusable and recyclable, and we minimize plastic where we safely can. Safety first, planet-friendly second — because nobody likes a soggy chocolate disaster.

Why don't you use Styrofoam or ice bricks?

Styrofoam and ice bricks are old-school and can't guarantee your food stays safe. Instead, we use a refrigerated courier — your goodies arrive cold, fresh, and ready to devour.

How do delivery fees work?

Chilled delivery is pricey. We cover most of the cost — you only pay 40–55% of the courier fee for orders under $200 (usually $18.90–$25.90). Spend $200 or more? We pay your delivery — yay!

Can I pick up from your kitchen?

As much as we'd love to meet you, our kitchen is in a secure building. For now, delivery is the only way to get your hands on our goodies.

How will I know when my order will arrive?

You'll get a tracking link via text. The courier even sends a photo of your box upon delivery if it's not handed directly to you. It's like stalking your parcel — in a good way.

What if I'm not home when my order arrives?

Drivers can't wait all day (they have hundreds of deliveries to make), but they'll often leave your box in a safe place. If not, it goes back to their chilled warehouse for a re-delivery. Repeated attempts may incur a fee — so maybe hide a spare key or ask a friendly neighbour.

How long will my order stay fresh?

Products arrive chilled, and many can be frozen (look for the frozen symbol). Non-freezable items have their shelf life clearly marked — because nobody likes a sad, expired dessert.

Why can't I get these products on Uber Eats or overnight like Amazon?

Uber Eats: High commissions, dodgy ethics, and missing orders. We'd rather have a root canal.

Overnight delivery: We don't run a 24/7 chilled food fleet, sorry.

Delivery fees: Books aren't food — it costs more to safely transport perishables, but your taste buds will thank you.

Why don't you have all the products from each Legacy Brand Partner available for sale?

At this stage, ensuring that our customers are getting the best products imaginable and that our products are doing proud the legacy that our Legacy brand partners started. Hence, we've kept each range small, with a view to expand in mid 2026. If you have a product from one of our brands that you want to have again, let us know HERE

Are all Evergreen Table products 100% vegan?

100% vegan, always

Do your products contain allergens or gluten?

Each product is different but we try to stock a range of products that cater to most dietary requirements. On our product page, use our dropdown menu to refine the available products by dietary restriction. If you have a severe allergy to any common allergen (outside of non dairy allergens), we recommend that you CONTACT US before purchasing. There may be traces of allergens found in all of our products, due to sharing equipment.

Do you use only organic ingredients?

No. For us, ensuring that our products are as close to the original brands vision is the most important thing, so we stick to their choice of ingredients where possible, organic or not

Can I freeze Evergreen Table products?

Some of them, yes. These are marked on the product pages

Do the revived products taste the same as the originals?

We think so! We have spent months recipe testing and trying to make each product as close to the original as we can.

Why did these brands close in the first place?

Brands close for all kinds of reasons, and we firmly believe that just because a brand doesn't run for 100 years, doesn't mean that anyone failed. What we do know is none of these brands closed because their food wasn't delicious or because they weren't beloved.

Do you work with international vegan brands?

Not as yet, but we are always open to new possibilities.

I have a problem with my order

We're all human, so occasionally we make mistakes — even with vegan goodies! If something arrived damaged, missing, or just isn't quite right, don't worry, we've got you. Contact us as soon as possible with your order details, and we'll make it right — please note that if we are in production, it may take us up to 24 hours to come back to you, but we will! We have a super tiny team at the moment, doing all the things – but we will come back to you as soon as we can

Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?

Potentially! We know that things can change and sometimes things fall through the cracks, so we can make changes to your order up until the time we lock in your order with the courier company. Contact us if you need to make any changes

Why is the product more expensive with Evergreen Table than it was with the original brand partner?

Some of our Legacy Brand Partners were last in business 8 weeks ago, some 8 months ago and some 8 years ago. In the time since they created their amazing products, some things may have changed, ingredients go up in price, etc. Additionally, we pay out a commission to our legacy brand partners, so that is factored into the price we sell the products for.
