Storage: To ensure peak freshness and quality, our lamingtons are carefully frozen prior to dispatch. They may arrive partially frozen and will benefit from a short thaw before enjoying, allowing their soft, luscious texture to fully shine. Lasts in the fridge for up to 7 days, or can be frozen for up to 3 months.
