• Order cut off is 9:30pm on a Wednesday evening for dispatch the following week
• Orders are delivered between 8am and 6pm on the day nominated
• The day before delivery you will receive a text message with order tracking from our delivery partner
• We will do our very best to make any changes requested after order cut off but please know that we are limited to the cut offs set by our delivery partner
• We do not use ice bricks or styrofoam boxes, so please make sure you are home for the delivery and bring the box inside if left at your front door
• If you have any specific delivery instructions, please add these to your order before checkout
• Drivers are instructed to knock on your door/ring your doorbell
• If there is an error with your address or contact details, and this leads to an issue with your delivery, we will do our very best to help but our hands may be tied in certain situations.
